Nutrition world.

¡Hello!

Before starting with the nutrition part, look at the links below. Don't put it off until the last day because there's a documentary among them. It is important that you see them all before de lesson so that we can go directly to solve any doubt.

On the one hand, here you can see the documentary. It talks about the ketogenic diet (based on proteins, good fats and few carbohydrates). Later in class, I will explain how to apply it using it as another tool, much less radicalizing us. High glycemic carbohydrates (pasta, rice, potatoes or some cereals) also have their place in our diet, but it is important to know when to use them.

On the other hand, I also ask you to take a look at this instagram account and see the different posts there are. You'll see that this one does include carbohydrates. So, what do we do? Carbs, yes or no? Don't worry, the answer's almost here.

Finally, now you'll have the answer to: Carbs, yes or no? Actually, the answer is yes, as long as you use them well and at the right time. Dr. Antonio Hernández tells you in this publication. https://www.instagram.com/p/CBV8NjNINkp/

Well, you might be thinking: "I don't really do sport and I usually spend nearly the whole day sitting on the sofa. So, what Carbs should I be consuming? The anwer is: Low-glycemic carbs. Now it's your turn. Investigate about it and we will put it in common next day!
