Training Systems.

Hello!

In this unit we start with the work of traingin systems. Although there are a few more, we will work on those which are more appropriate for our context. Let's see each of them:

  •  ENDURANCE:
    • Continuous methods:
      • Continuous running.
      • Fartlek.
      • Total training.
    • Interval methods: incomplete rest:
      • Interval training.
      • Circuit training.
    •    Repetitions method: complete rest.

      • Body weight exercises.
      • Weight exercises.
      • Circuit.
      • Plyometrics.
      • Throws training.
    • Isometrics.

    • Hills.
    • Parachutes.
    • Resistance bands.
    • Sleds.
